In 2000 we completed the redevelopment of Brook 35 Plaza in Sea Girt, New Jersey. The shopping center is located on Route 35 near the intersection of four major arterials: Routes 524, 35, 70 and 71, about twenty miles south of The Grove at Shrewsbury.

Brook 35 is located on the major thoroughfare that connects northern New Jersey to the Atlantic Ocean beach destinations to the south. This provides significant additional visitor traffic throughout the year. In summer, the population base of the trade area nearly doubles with the influx of vacationers and summer residents who flock to New Jersey’s 127 miles of white sand beaches.

Sea Girt is in the Wall Township, an emerging market which Brook 35 has helped to define. Higher income residential areas are rapidly expanding around the center.

Brook 35 Plaza is an open-air center anchored by a 10,000 square foot Gap/Gap Kids/Baby Gap, an award-winning Talbots and Talbots Petites. Other significant tenants include Banana Republic, Coach, Ann Taylor, and Williams-Sonoma. Existing stores and recent additions continue to exceed sales projections.

Brook 35 West is a three store addition located directly across Route 35 from Brook 35 Plaza. The stores are Ann Taylor Loft and Jackrabbit Toys.

The Premier Executive Suites are on the second floor above the Brook 35 stores. These suites consist of 7000 square feet of executive office space supported by a full-time administrative coordinator and staff. A conference room, complete telecom and IT service, a full kitchen, Internet service and a spa are some of the amenities for this popular office location.
